Welcome to PhoneCallAgent.ai. By creating an account or using our AI Call Employee service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

PhoneCallAgent.ai provides an AI-powered phone agent that answers calls, books appointments, sends messages, transfers callers, and answers questions on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for how the agent represents your business.

2. Credits & billing

The Service runs on prepaid credits. New accounts receive a free starter balance. Talk time is metered per minute against your balance at the current per-minute rate, which is always shown on our pricing page and in your dashboard balance (rates may change over time, so we display the live rate there rather than fixing a number here). You may purchase additional credits at any time. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. No long-term contract — cancel anytime.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive purposes, including calls or messages that violate telemarketing, consent, or privacy laws (e.g., TCPA, A2P/10DLC requirements). You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record calls or contact individuals.

4. Phone numbers

Numbers provisioned through the Service are provided via our telephony partners and remain subject to their terms and regulatory requirements. Numbers may be reclaimed if an account is inactive or in violation of these Terms.

5. Availability & disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI responses may occasionally be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing outcomes that matter to your business.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chosen Ascendance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
