To run your AI Call Employee, show you results, meter credits, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data. We do not use your customers' call content to train third-party models beyond what's needed to deliver the Service.
You set your own data-retention window, and can export or delete your data and revoke API keys and connected integrations from your dashboard at any time.
Emails your agent sends are delivered from our verified sending domain with your business name and your reply-to address, so your customers can reach a real person.
We rely on trusted processors (for telephony, AI voice, email, payments, and hosting) strictly to provide the Service. Each is bound to protect your data.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per account, and secrets (like API keys) are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data like it's our own.
